Why do pages look different and sometimes have different information when I log in?
Access to confidential information or articles useful only to physicians is only available in the password-protected part of the site. The color scheme changes so you know when you are logged in.
Who has access to the information in My OSP?
Your username and password are unique and give you access to your services, reports and profile only. Protect your password and log out after every session to keep your information private.
Some Web browsers ask you if you want the browser to remember your password for you. ALWAYS SAY NO if you are working at a public computer, or one that others might access.
