Blue Cross Complete (BCC) Required Documents for Authorization
To prevent a delay in the processing of an authorization of inpatient hospital services, please submit the following documents at the time of the request, if applicable:
- History and physical exam
- Pertinent labs
- Imaging findings
BCC knows you’re busy and wants to provide the very best of care to shared members while trimming redundant efforts. If you provide all of the necessary documents at the time of the submission of the request, it will help to facilitate a timely response and minimize denials.
