HAP Has New Functionality Available Now for Closing Eligible HEDIS Gaps Online

HAP is excited to announce that data not submitted electronically via HAP’s secure FTP server can be submitted online to close the following eligible HEDIS gaps:
- Breast cancer screening
- Cervical cancer screening
- Colorectal cancer screening
- Diabetic eye exam
