2022 Priority Health Quality Reporting Updates
Priority Health recently announced they are discontinuing the quality data entry tool, Patient Profile, within their website. In addition, they have decided to cancel the roll-out of their new Clinical+ solution.
What this means to your practice is that Priority Health no longer offers a web-portal for manual quality data entry, and all quality performance data must be submitted one of the following ways:
- EMR partnerships
- Supplemental data feeds
For more information on the EMR partnerships and supplemental data feeds, contact Oakland Southfield Physicians (OSP) at (248) 357-4048.
The 2022 OSP quality worksheets, available on our website, now have the X under the Service Date column with the note ‘All data must be submitted on claims’ under the Results/Tests column. Please do not fax quality worksheets to OSP for manual data entry.
If you have any questions regarding data submission to Priority Health or the cancellation of the Clinical+, please call the OSP office at (248) 357-4048.
