Blue Cross Complete System Glitch Causing Some ZN4 Claim Denials

Blue Cross Complete (BCC) is aware of a systemic glitch that is causing ZN4 claim denials when the referring and ordering providers on the claim are the same NPI, and different than the rendering. The BCC team is working diligently to resolve this issue; however, they do not have an estimated time of completion at this moment. 

They kindly ask providers to hold any claims (where the referring and ordering providers on the claim are the same NPI, and different than the rendering) until this issue is resolved. Further updates will be provided as soon as possible.
