Beginning January 1, 2025, HAP CareSource will offer Marketplace plans in Michigan, available in Genesee, Lapeer, Macomb, Oakland, Shiawassee, and Wayne counties. These plans include gold, silver, and bronze tiers, as well as chronic-condition health plans tailored for Diabetes (gold and silver), Healthy Heart (gold and silver), and HDHP Preventive (silver).

Important Reminder:
All contracted HAP Commercial HMO providers are automatically contracted to participate in the new HAP CareSource Marketplace plans. This participation is mandatory as part of your HAP Commercial HMO provider agreement and does not require enrollment in HAP CareSource Medicaid.
