Blue Cross Complete Has Changes For How to Access Historical Claims

Effective Wednesday, September 15, 2021, there will be changes to how providers access historical electronic claims information for Blue Cross Complete. 

Up until 9/15/21, historical Blue Cross Complete electronic claims information processed through Change Healthcare via Emdeon WebConnect will still be available by calling 1-877-667-1512, option 2 or by visiting access.emdeon.com.

After 9/15/21, historical Blue Cross Complete electronic claims and remits processed through Change Healthcare via Emdeon WebConnect will only be available by calling 1-877-603-1968, option 3, or by visiting cihs.customerportal.changehealthcare.com.
