ECHO Payment System Currently Unable to Produce 835 Files for Some Providers
Blue Cross Complete uses Change Healthcare for Electronic Funds Transfer. Their ECHO payment system is currently experiencing issues with production of 835 remittance advice files for some providers. Change Healthcare is working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
