To obtain prior authorization for radiology, there are three methods available:
  1. Recommended method is to log into the AIM website.
  2. Call AIM toll-free at 800.552.0020, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST.
  3. Complete the AIM authorization request fax form (PDF) and fax it to 800.610.0050 (this is the slowest method of receiving an authorization).
