Priority Health’s Let's Get Checked Medicare and Medicaid Campaign

At the end of September, Priority Health launched their annual campaign to close gaps in care, in partnership with Let’s Get Checked (a Let’s Get Checked company). This year’s campaign targets Priority Health members who have a gap in care for: 

Your patients who return their test kits to Let’s Get Checked by December 31st will count towards your 2023 PCP Incentive Program (PIP) participation. Please contact your OSP Provider Representative at (248) 357-4048 if you would like a list of your patients who received a welcome letter and the appropriate test kits.

  • Examples of kit materials 
  • An outline of the member and provider result notification process  

Both patients and their attributed PCPs will receive results for each returned kit. The Let’s Get Checked outreach team will contact patients via phone who have positive results.  

In 2022, Priority Health sent more than 8,000 test kits combined and saw an average 38.2% return rate compared to 23.8% in 2021.
