Health Care Providers Required to Update Provider Directory Information
Blue Cross Complete (BCC) has collaborated with Atlas Systems to assist you in completing the annual review and update of your provider directory information via PRIME-Hub.
In December, BCC will request that you confirm the accuracy of your information through Atlas Systems’ PRIME-Hub so members have up-to-date resources.
Atlas Systems will contact you by mail, email, fax and/or telephone to confirm your provider directory information. You will also be able to review and update your information online, using PRIME-Hub.
